Is it normal that I think people who smoke are mentally inferior?

  • First of all the topic is mental inferiority not health. Second "poorest diet is nowhere near as harmful as smoking, and is often even less expensive" says who? Thirdly I'm never wrong , one of the perks of being mentally superior.

    • Fourthley, there are a lot of things that are carcinogenic, alcoholic drinks, walking at the side of a busy road, burnt meat, sunlight. Are people that knowingly absorb these mentally inferior?

      • None of these things pose great public health risks, except for alcohol when used excessively. Can you think of any examples that aren't completely ridiculous?

        • Heart disease is the number one killer in the world which is mostly due to diet and a lack of exercise.

            • I said mostly. Let's try this from a different angle. Albert einstein smoked loads, do you class him as mentally inferior. yes or no?

              • You are completely missing my point. Nowhere have I contended that smoking MAKES you stupid, I have stated that it MEANS you are stupid, and that only applies to people in our modern world who know about all of the harmful effects of cigarettes, and have to spend 1/3-1/5 of their yearly gross income on them. Albert Einstein obviously does not fall into this category.
