It makes me mad your manager is treating you this way! It is not okay. Especially if she's making you feel bad. If other employees are wearing opened toe shoes and able to hand out marches & straws why can't you?
You sound like a very sweet person and she's taking advantage of that. I have had employers like that and my biggest regret is that I never spoke up about it. I'm to shy to do that though. Seriously, it couldbe she's jealous of you!!
You should keep a journal and write in everything she has said or write how she's treated you. Then maybe you can talk to someone else about it too? Like the main boss, or if your manager and the head boss are close write the coperate office.
You shouldn't have to put up with this :-(
