I don't think she "hates" you, but I bet she's really annoyed by how high-maintenance you are as an employee. She could have her eye on you more than your other employees because she doesn't trust your level of competence yet. Eventually, when you start improving, she will most likely let up.
You need to learn to expect a lot of criticism if you have no work experience: You wouldn't learn to do things correctly without feedback.
