I think I might have a mental issue, I'm also wondering, if I do have 1, If it could be hereditary. My mom has a chemical imbalance so yeah....... Anyways some times I pick random words out of sentences and start moving around the letters in my head, for example this is one im stuck on right now: on my, in my head I think this: on my, om ny, omny, yonom, yomon. It does not interfere with my everyday life but it's annoying and kind creepy.

    Me too. So far the people who've answered this are joybird, piman, emilydoll, and FocoUS. Together their names are an anagram of "A discernibly, jumpily doom-fool".

    I think it's cool! Maybe playing more word type games might help it be less random and annoying. It sounds like your brain is just bored :)

    & that's how I write songs, I just sit there and think about stuff that happened to me recently and boom, I get 2 words that Tyne, and then j make up the rest, figure out a tune and walahh a song! :D

    Yeah I loooove anagrams and all puzzles, btw guys I thought this was kind of a given but this happens constantly like it really hard to control it my brain just automatically jumps to anograms. I also forgot to put another part that's also kinda weird. Sometimes when I'm bored I start thinking up wild complex fiction stories, it's like it comes from nowhere I just lay Down and it's like the ideas just flow.

    Creepy? Why so? If anything, most people should like to have that ability. I don't know why people said it's not normal. I love thinking like that too btw
