Is it normal that i think i'm skinny then i don't??

At times, I look at myself and say,"wow I look really skinny!"
All my friends say I'm like REALLY thin but I just think I'm kinda average. So some days I think I'm skinny. Then the next day or so, i'll feel fatter theb i felt before. Not FAT, but average....does anyone feel this way?!?!

Is It Normal?

  • As long as your body weight is healthy, don't worry so much about how exactly your figure looks.

  • That type of thinking isn't healthy, just try to be yourself and create your own image of yourself, don't use someone else's. You will end up feeling like an incomplete you because you can't be someone you are not.
