Anything beyond what is normal for you should be talked about with a sepcialist. A routine check up is good even if there's nothing bad going on. A pregnancy test might not work yet, I'm not sure how long after the act you can get reliable results (I thought it's at least 2 weeks). On the other hand there are stuff constantly going on in our organism so you could as well get cramps for no serious reason. If you don't want to bother a doctor for no reason then just wait a bit and see what happens. If it continues or gets worse, go to a gyno asap. You could have got the BV or vaginal thrush and that requires treatment. Don't worry though and don't try to justify a BV - it may happen even if you never have sex and wash 3 times a day as well as it doesn't have to happen even if you wash once a week and have sex all the time. It just happens and it's possible that it's the reason of your cramps.
You can't be sure unless you ask a doctor but it's cerainly a good thing it stopped. It could even has been an indigestion of some kind or the ovulation. Just keep an eye on what comes out of your private parts and if the cramps ever come back. If you notice anything unusual - again - go see a doctor! It won't hurt.
Then my guess is eiher ovulation or infection, the latter might have caused more pain during any natural process that occurs in your belows so if you never experience pain during ovulation, it could have caused it now. Of course I'm not a specialist and I don't have any experince with pregnancy so... Can't really tell unless you finally go visit a doctor.
Is it normal that I think I'm pregnant?
