Well if your current girlfriend is losing interest then maybe break it off with her. Just be sure to give a little time before you start dating the other girl. It's not really going to matter though, the girls probably wont be friends anymore. But if you want to rationalize things, she wasn't friends with your current girlfriend until you introduced them. So that should set things normal right :)
