IIN That I think Hipsters have ruined the beard?

I've always thought men who sport beards are just generally lazy and don't want to bother shaving, or have a strange looking characteristic on their faces that they try to cover up, like a double chin or big nose, or compensate for baldness... but then came the hipsters and I'm thrown off by their beards and craft beer.
