In those types of countries, it is difficult for them to have access to contraceptives. Instead of only giving them money and food, further causing dependence on services, there needs to be more program's that gives them the tools towards being self-reliant. There's only one organisation that I know of that dies this. JUST ONE! I've donated to them but, I can't remember their name. It's great charity.
Lets not forget that in a lot of third world countries, women are forced into marriages at 12 and forcibly raped, and it a lot of Africa women are raped on a daily basis. So, a lot of babies are due to forced sex. Another reason people have a lot of babies is because half of them don't survive to adulthood.
