Is it normal that I think donations for poor countries is futile

I live in SA, so I know aaaaall about the starving kids. They're africans living in rural dwellings who don't even have electricity, but they keep popping out kids and tax payers are expected to provide for these kids. I say steralise the fuckers at birth.
