    no, the glans (the head) has a lot of pain receptors, indicating that it is very sensitive of pain. if you press it, it doesnt hurt, but if you rub it hard or scratch it lightly it hurts a bit. When i rub the head of my penis with the foreskin over it, it is super sensitive (in a good way) but if i rub it with my foreskin pulled back, it hurts.

      If I scratch or my elbow really hard it hurts too, you're supposed to feel pain when you hurt yourself no matter what part of the body it is >.>

          My dick doesn't hurt when I lightly rub it on something. If it did I wouldn't be able to go outside ever because I wear pants and underpants that touch it .-.
