The 2nd, 3rd and 6th points are part of what the Mormons believe.
Regarding "Hell":
"Tartarus", (not the same tartarus as in Greek mythology) which is a prisonlike condition that disobedient angels are subjected to. None of these terms describes the modern concept of Hell in any way.
Actually most Christians believe that Hell is a prison of sorts, so that actually DOES describe the modern concept of Hell.
Mormons believe in the divinity of a book that is by no means inspired of God. I have never heard a Mormon give a convincing argument that the Book of Mormon should be included in the Bible cannon or is even authentic. That is the point I cannot get past with them.
Is it normal that I think Christianity is alienated from the Bible?
