if someone is guilty to an irrefutable degree of a heinous crime, i agree they should be incinerated. They are at odds with the majority of society and there is no place for them, so send them back to their maker.
The problem is if you are not absolutely sure, I do not agree with capital punishment, as it would be as heinous a crime to murder someone incorrectly.
