    Hah, everyone in prison has a cell phone these days....Cell phone carriers refuse to let prisons and jails use signal jammers.

    A prisoner having access to a cell phone is as old as............um, a cell phone.

      Prison Gaurd: Not at all.
      Prisoner: Do you mind if I run a drug distribution network while I'm in prison?
      Prison Warden: Not at all. Everyone knows how much Americans love their drugs.
      Prisoner: I'm sure.

        The guards are the ones who bring most of the cell phones and drugs in.
