I think everyone gets bullied at school do they not?
Unless children spend their lives in some impervious bubble they are going to experience it to some degree whatever safeguards & educational programmes are put in place.
Bullying exists in everyday life be it at work, on the sports field, even at home.
Companies monster other corporations, governments bully other governments. That is just the way the world is, sadly.
