    They came out and tried to catch the dog. Animal Control does not have the resources to spend hours, or days, trying to catch a dog that doesn't want to be caught.

    If you don't want the dog to suffer, do the humane thing and shoot it or poison it.

      & Yeah I think it's normal for them to act like that,
      PETA does the same shit.
