Is it normal that I think all religous buldings should be torn down?

  • Yeah, I do. I live in the church my great-grandparents got married in. Not that I ever need an ice-breaker but it's a great one when you meet people and they ask where you live.

      • I heard that churches help and sometimes house homeless? Is that not what they are suppose to do?

        • He isn't homeless, he is paying to rent the space. When is the last time you saw a hobo with an internet connection?

          • Not what I was saying. I have heard church will sometimes house people who need somewhere to stay. Also if you are without home even for short while you are technicly homeless. If you are evicted from your house for a week till you can get a permenent residence you are homeless. If you go place to place and keep having leave where you leave after a week you are considred homeless. Now travelers do this but it is not for the reason they do not have somewhere to stay. Also it takes awhile to get to the condition a hobo is in. You are not all a sudden dirty or drunk when you are first homeless. So try and think what that homeless person was before they left the house.

    • Weren't you hoping to attain the spire or something last year? Like seven floors all to yourself? I remember these things for some reason.

      • Yeah, I aspired to a spire! Some family moved in, though, but only stayed a couple of weeks. Then a couple moved in and also only stayed a couple of weeks. Then a single guy did the same. It's put me off.

        Good memory, though.
