I'm the same way. actually it kind of happens for weeks, then I'm not sexual at all. but for those weeks I'm literally thinking almost always about sex. and I agree w/ the other person about clothes. I live in a hot area and sundresses are my favorite clothes ever. tights and skirts are cool too. and those just so happen to turn me on to even wear half the time.
