Is it normal that I think about one of my ex's all the time. No matter who I'm with I will always think about her and I've tried seeing other people but I just can't let go. She has no trouble with moving on and already has done but I'm just stuck here and there's nothing I can do about it.
Well it all depends on how long it's been since you last broke up, reason why, whether it was on good terms or not? Whether you stay in touch still? Whether you're still 'friends'. All these factors are taken into the equation.
But after a recent break up the yes, even a few months, by a few months I don't mean a year and ver that, I mean4-6months tops. But that will depend from person to person.
The only person who can overcome this issue will be you and do so by taking into account what was it exactly that broke you guys apart and remember, sometimes things just happen and you did everything you could and if that was not enough than that was the course of that relationship. Learn from it, remember the great memories and try your very best to move on, keep yourself busy, take up hobbies you have never been interested in. Remember you're trying to 'replace' the new hobbies with the time you use to spend with her.
