People tend to end up dating people they see a lot so it's not abnormal to develop feelings for someone that you are around a lot.
I don't know how this guy acts or anything but it might be a sign that since he hasn't hit on you yet, he might not be interested. I could be completely wrong on that because it's not true for every guy, but most guys will try something if they are interested, especially if both of you are single. I've found this to be pretty reliable, both with personal experience and friends experiences with guy friends.
You could do a few things...
Just say something.
Get a little frisky around him-like bend over a lot in front of him, leave a sexy thong out where he can see it, have him "accidentally" see you partially nude....stuff like that....
Buy a bottle of booze and invite him to have some, get a little loosened up and make a move....
