When the soul is being extracted from the body, every human will feel extreme pain. It's called "sakratul maut" in Arabic or "agony of death".
After you are buried, two angels will come and question you.
After that, you will wait in your graveyard until the Judgement Day. Depending on your life in this world, graveyard will either be very dark and squeeze you, or bright and spacious.
On the judgement day, Allah will give you your "book of deeds", which will contain every single thing you did in this world.
Based on the results of your book, then you will either go to heaven or hell fire.
