I say tell her it's the crust Jesus Christ gave to his disciples, and tell her it's not bread alone, but the whole Word of God and see her reaction, she'll take you seriously.

I personally think it's inappropriate for someone to ask questions about virginity on a first date.

Yep laugh it off or tell a joke. First time I got laid she didn't know I was a vrigin. Doesn't know to this day.
