Alcohol gives you freedom :-D and no you're not capable of controlling yourself! I mean, it depends how buzz you are because theres that "conscious buzz" which i love because youre tipsy but you know what ur doing but ur still like weee and its fun! Then theres that "blackout drunk" which is no bueno which is a lesson learned about knowing your limits. So yah it is normal if you were drunk and you said things you wouldnt soberly say, but in order for you to have fun while drinking without not remembering wth happened, you need to know your limits, not only for emotional reasons, but just for your own safety ya know...
