Is it normal that i talk to myself?

I really have a hard time sharing my thoughts to others. I barely talk to anyone so whenever I'm alone I talk to myself , I ask questions and I'll tell my opinion about a certain topic. Am I going crazy?😨

Everybody talks to themselves at some point, anybody who says they don't is a liar ..

Actually I think it's kinda normal. Like some already said, there's nothing wrong w/ talking to yourself. I do it most of the time, however mainly in my mind. It's kinda like saying, "YES!" or, "NU" when you do something, if that helped you feel more normal.

I do it almost daily, I think on some level, it isn't. But it is.

I know if I bothered to talk or reply to messages, I wouldn't. But I don't.

So I usually am at work or whatever having convos and deep opinions out loud with myself

There is nothing wrong with talking to yourself, everyone does it including me, just as long as you don't do it too loudly when around alot of people. It's when people start seeming to be holding conversations with some imaginary friend when standing in line around other people or something, that's when you start looking like you are short wiring upstairs. But nowadays even with that, people will probably just assume you got your Bluetooth up to your ear and on the phone.

Not really. Record it and you're a blogger. Write it down and you're a writer. Sounding out your thoughts is comfortable and let's you focus on the thought without your mind drifting. People who talk to themselves aren't crazy. People who no longer recognize the voice talking to them is their own are.
