If a guy likes you he texts back quickly unless he's intentionally trying to not look desperate.
When a guy likes you he's constantly trying to get you to suck his dick or fuck him or at least spend time together.
I don't think that's the case here because he doesn't spend much time with you. It sounds like you think he's your bf but he doesn't really care.
