There's a certain thing about women fainting or being passed-out, a vulnerability. My hot older sister has one spot, along her upper shoulder/neck, that if pressed, will put her right out. I've done it to her many times, including around one of my guy friends when we visited her apartment. I/we didn't take (full) advantage that time, but easily could have. I've had at her body when she goes faint or out like that, and it's so fun.
Also have a business group FWB who faints when overstressed or physically exhausted. Was helping her do mulch and yardwork one weekend, and she went right out. I carried her inside, laid her down, and she was still motionless. Went up her little half-shirt, had some fun, and waited for her to come to. She had no idea my hands had been all over her body, and thanked me for bringing her back inside. It's happened twice since that time.
