Is it normal that i struggle to pay attention?

I have tried things like limiting or stoping all possible* scream time. I just have not been able to focus. I used to be this way when I was younger. Drugs didn't work well so I stoped using them at a certain point, of course that changed nothing, but I still powered through. At this point I cant even focus on a video. I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was a kid, but honestly if I were to find any working medications I don't think I could afford it. *I still have to use it for some things to keep myself alive.

It is important to limit scream time, especially if you don't want to get hoarse.

I just googled it, and it doesn't appear that screen time does affect your voice.

RoseIsabella had said, "especially if you don't want to get hoarse." My immediate thought was, "How would screen time make someone hoarse?" So, I googled, "can screen time make you hoarse," and got no answer, so I assumed that meant it doesn't. Perhaps there's just some definition of "hoarse" that I don't know about.

Bahahahahaha. I can't believe we're here, but here we are.

Listen, I'm not gonna walk you through this, because I believe in you. You can get it on your own. Start from the top & read carefully.

I've tried to figure it out, but I still don't get it. Nothing in the original post mentions being hoarse, and I'm not inclined to believe what RoseIsabella said was a joke.

If you got diagnosed with ADHD as a kid then you have it, it doesnt just disappear especially if you have this problem you obviously still have it. I would urge you to try medication, a lot of individuals with ADHD needs it, or at least therapy. You need to treat it anyway, it is very hard to not be able to focus.

Normal, especially since you have ADHD. I have it too.

Some people just can’t sit still for a long time and need to be up doing things. ADHD isn’t real, being energetic and active isn’t a mental disorder
