Sounds like me. There was a girl I liked a lot in high school who I never really knew that well, but I got kind of fixated on her. I haven't seen her in years, and I think she's even married now, and I particularly care whether or not I ever see her again, but I still have (platonic) dreams about her occasionally.
She was the first girl I ever really liked that much (or thought I liked anyway). I think there's kind of an imprinting effect with a "first love".
Is it normal that I still think about her?
