  • My brother was the same. If you never have to do it yourself, you don't learn.

You should learn, though. It's not hard.

  • Normal but not really a good thing that its considered normal to some people at that age.

  • Is it a at home washing machine or the ones at the laundromat that cost a few quarters to use? If it's the first one, I kind of get it. I'm too used to the laundromat ones. XD

  • Normal, but not a sign that you're winning at life.

  • I think that's pretty normal. Luckily it's very easy to learn.

  • It takes less time to learn how to use a washing machine than it does to ask a question on this website, just dedicate 5 minutes to learning how to use a washing machine and your quality of life will drastically improve.

  • My sister was in her 30's,and she didn't know which one was the washer, and which was the dryer.

  • That's what you get for never doing your own laundry.

  • Its not rocket science. fill it up with about 3/4 cup of powder, turn a knob or press a button, bobs your sister.

      • Not to mention, it'll vary brand to brand.

Where do you live that you don't have powders? I've seen both powder and liquid in Aus and in USA. Plus pods. Thinking about swapping to soap nuts to save on packaging but not 100% convinced.

        • Don't confuse the poor lad.
It's all the same liquid or powder it's 2 cups soap for every article of clothing you put in the wash.

Sit back, and "laissez les bon temps rouler".

          • TWO CUPS OF SOAP? For EVERY article? That would fill a house with suds. You've never done wash yourself, have you?

Yup. Tried once but did it wrong and fucked up my machine.

Huh weird. I wonder why your area doesn't sell it.

      • Where are you from that you have never heard of washing powder!!! Do live on some remote planet in outer space? Here on planet earth we can choose between liquid or powder, you should visit our planet some time and see for yourself

      • Powder is pretty common in top loading washers. You should go to the store yourself sometime.
