Is it normal that i stick my finger in my butt to clear my sinuses?

So i stick my finger in my butt, not too far, and i use the butt's wettness on my fingers and rub it in my nostril. I usually only do this when i have a stuffy nose, usually the stench of my butt clears it up a little.

EDIT: thanks for the feedback guys!! these comments are hilarious, keep em rolling. I'll look into this problem medically since it seems more serious than I thought.
