  • Yes it's normal. Sometimes I find that the later I fall asleep, the earlier I wake up... and that's because I fell asleep so late that my sleep pattern was disturbed and I never really was getting a good night's sleep. It's not a very healthy lifestyle though, so try going to bed earlier. You'll feel ten times better if you've had a full night's rest.
