  • This is not normal. You are destroying your body by putting it into starvation mode. Without the proper nutrition your body will begin to die. This is NOT the right way to lose weight. Eat 6 smaller and clean meals a day and incorporate some sort of exercise. It could be cardio, weights, ANYTHING. Do not restrict your diet to such puny amounts. You may like what you see in the mirror after a while, but you will hate how you feel.

    You shouldn't even count calories. Just portion healthy foods out and eat when you are hungry. Maximize your water intake. That's all you really need to do.
