Sometimes I get fixated on a spot. It's nothing exciting, but I will focus on it and completely zone out. I hear and see everything that's going on around me, but I don't move. I don't think I blink much either. I always found it normal, but what do I know.
Is it normal that I stare at some people or spots when I'm in public?
