I would say it’s perfectly normal. I sometimes do the same in hot weather and I’m a lot older than you. I don’t go out of my way to let people see me naked, but I also don’t try to hide the fact. For example I wouldn’t answer the front door naked, I would put on a dressing gown. But I do go in the back garden to hang out the washing or put rubbish out etc there’s a remote chance I could be seen by a neighbour from an upstairs window, but it’s not that likely.
