Totally normal..people responding are just silly.., it really depends on what level you are "speaking" to yourself outloud. If you avoiding social interaction bc you would rather speak to yourself, you may have a problem, which the problem could just be social anxiety, you may just rather debate with yourself than another person because you can always "win" with yourself, and afraid of saying something/looking "stupid" in front of other people.
Everyone talks or repeats past convos to themselves you just may process the info better by talking out loud.
Take comfort in knowing that "they" say some of the most brilliant minds had talked to themselves outloud.
