Is it normal that i sometimes give myself self therapy.
So sometimes I give my self therapy, with good outcomes like it gives me an understanding on my emotions, goals and strengths. Like I found out I have a really really good vocabulary. So how I do it is by imagining me in the future, I'm famous and I'm being interviewed in a dark room. I'm being asked questions that a therapist would ask like, how do you feel? Or, how do you think others perceive you? It really has a major affect on my emotions like it can make me super depressed or super happy. Is this normal
