...and I didn't care, lol! :-) Yes, I've been to Times Square and Hong Kong too for New Years. This year? I slept through this culture phenomenon. It was nice. Normal? Abnormal?

    Hmm thats quite normal tbh although I was actually working through it but believe me if I could have been in bed asleep I would have been lol

    I have a toddler and I'm very pregnant. You better believe I was in bed sleeping. And thank god for that as insomnia has been a bitch lately.

    For the past 4 years I have just went to bed before new year to sleep. Mainly because I live in a small (really small) town and have no friends.. but also because I dont like people.
    I like(d) one person on this site though

      Time to head out to the big city lad. Maybe Kaapstad would be a good place to mingle on the beaches with the locals.

    Totally normal. It happens and I've been to time square... I'd rather sleep lol. You can't move in time square even if you have to pee... you're stuck until midnight!
