I never sweat during the night.. it really depends on the person. And I've never had any problems with 'germs', fungus growing or irritaion so obviously things would have changed if that happened but it doesn't.
And there's no point changing my bra right before a shower.
Well then it's understandable, mostly my post was a "what if/about the sweat" but still dead skin can accumulate no matter what. You can't see germs either though, it was just a general "what if" thing though.
Under the boobs, I mean it helps if they are small since there's nothing much there to create friction but where your boobs meet your skin, it's warm and that makes a perfect breeding ground for germs etc.
Is it normal that I sleep with my bra on?

I've always slept with a bra on; it's more comfortable and I feel exposed without one. Besides then I wouldn't have to put one on in the morning.

What about all the sweat that accumulates during the night? Change your bra at least.

I meant no offence though.
Sweat accumulation? Its always nice and cool at my house. And I live in Miami. But yeah, either way, she should probably change her bra.
