I can never find a comfortable bra to do this with. Terrible underwire digging into my sides. Metal circles connected to the strap digging into my back. Too loose and I get quadra boob, or fall out entirely.
I'm a 34dd. I have a nightmarish time bra and swimwear shopping.
I'm also terribly afraid of sagging. So far they are still perky... But for how long?
Sports bras always push the girls too close and I find I sweat in them without activity. They are more comfortable, but I don't feel they give me any support. I think it's the support that would prevent saggage. :P
Is it normal that I sleep with my bra on?

I wish mine were still perky, I'm a 42dd and gravity is not my friend. Although I don't wear a bra to bed, it's too uncomfortable for me.
