Is it normal that I sleep right after I shower?

  • One way to help people sleep IS to shower before bed. The warm water relaxes the muscles, easing tension, thus making people feel comfortable so that they can go to sleep easier.

    I was reading your post and then once you said ''I climb in bed NAKED AND WET" I kind of made an assumption that the story was fake, lol. However, there are a lot of weird people out there. So, to each his own I guess.
