Sleep requirements are usually between 1/3-1/6 of your time (for this calculation I'll just say 1/4), so that would be around 42 hours a week. Between sleep and sitting on the computer, that's 84.5% of your time, at a minimum.
Well, if you're working in front of your computer, that actually might make sense.
