it sounds like you have some issues, but you don't need to be in a mental hospital. mental hospitals are for people who are suicidal, demented maniacs, or just completely delusional. all the doctors in an asylum do is just give you some drugs to calm you down and/or make you realize that the CIA is not really after you, etc. and then they just send you home with pills once they think that your ok to go which can take weeks, months, or even years. they don't really solve your issues, just drug you up to make you forget about your problems
