It's "I saw," not "I seen."

and, I'd say it's possible. Many people have seen ghosts before, so maybe angels are visible as well.

my mom just told me a story from when I was 3, that was in 2001, I was sleeping when my nana died at 3:00am, I didn`t even know she died, and my mom had never even mentioned angels, when i woke up in the morning she tried to tell me that I couldn`t see my nana anymore cuz she was dead, but ten I told her "I know, because nana and the angels told me" my mom also told me that ever since then she couldn't help but believe in angels, in my opinion, there is a very good chance that it could have been an angel that u saw...

I've never heard accounts of an angel that didn't have all of its facial features. You might have seen a demon. They can change themselves into anything they like.

i asked to see angel and i saw one ....story short ....he was all red except he had a silver colored pool that seemed to move infront of his face...but who know the universe is huge any number of spirits could appear

This is interesting, I had to ask my parter who is a devoted christian. Apparently demons can show up in disguise as an angel. No facial features, to my Christian partner, you have a demon. To me, a pagan you have a really bad negative engery (or spirit) in the house. Either way it is not good. So with either way your path leads you get yourself a house cleaning. Pray to your god and have trust in your god. I cannot also dismiss the fact you could be hallucinating it all so first get that checked out first before going to the church.
