I doubt such an attitude is normal, it does seem to stem from arrogance though. I think I am often quite cynical towards people but I don't think I'm quite on your level of hate.
How do you express your feelings towards people? Are you polite even though disliking them or do you just call someone a cunt the second they introduce themselves? Do you have friends and what do you think of them?
