I see millions of little dots and I told my mum It looks like millions of little particals. I also have tinnitus but im not sure if its linked? What is it called?? Thank you x

In our eye ball, there is a fluid present. If there are any small dirt particles present inside the eye ball, we get those spots.
Talking technically, light waves pass through our lens and then through the fluid which effects the refractiveness. If there are any small particles present in the fluid, light wave may collide those particles and have there wouldn't be any data transformed from that particular light wave to retina which results in dots or black spots etc in the shape of those tiny particles.
Hi I'm 13 and i started seeing dots since primary school.Ive got so used to them that I don't even notice them.But I found that when I close my eyes is see bright colours and loads of sparkling dots.Also,say if I played a game of call of duty,if I'm in school and remember me playing,I can create an image and see it.I found that it's made me have to have my hand by my face when I speak other wise I squint.Im starting to get a bit scared about me Seing dots.Looks like we are all out of ideas for what the cause is.But,some may say,we have a gift?If you have the same things that's I'm going through,please reply.👍🏻
I can see millions of dots and even colours. I have been told they could be related to migraines which I suffer from. Do you get migraines?
Yes, I get colors more at night or on dark backgrounds, I don't often get migraines but I do go really dizzy to the point that I can't see - but its all the little dots that kind of do that?.. I also loose my hearing when this happens🙁
The hearing loss warrants a doctor visit if I were you. That could be a warning sign to something else
It could be minor like you need prescription glasses or visit an ENT to see if it could be something in your sinuses or, and please note i am not a doctor, a tumor pressing on something in your head. If it's bothersome please go to a doctor, especially if any other symptoms arises. Hope this helps.
