It seems to be sleep paralysis, meaning you're still dreaming most of the time. If you don't get scared, you are on the lucky side of people experiencing sleep paralysis, as most get terrified. There's a way out of this kind of situation if you wish to stop it.
Sleep paralysis is a state of mind where you are on the brink of a dream and you can jump into a dream (lucid at that if you succeed).
A method you can use is try to propel your body forward, like sitting up really quick if you will.
Since you're in a dream and your body is paralysed, you will move your dream-body and willingly change dreams.
This is a bit of advice from a lucid dreamer, it does sound quite trippy but it does the work for most, hope it helps you get out of sleep paralysis.
Normally when I become lucid while I sleep I just wake up... I know I'm not the author or anything but do you know how to make your brain not freak out and stay asleep? Because when I do stay asleep it's so cool
IIN that I see black figures?
