Is it normal that i scratch my back on corners and doorways?

If I can't reach an itch on my back I like to scratch it on a wall corner or doorway when I am at home. This drives my girlfriend nuts, and she says it's not normal.

It's just another way to scratch your itch so I would think that's normal. However if it drives your gf crazy it might be a good idea to get a back scratcher?

Better yet, ask if she'd mind helping with that.

I couldn't live without my back scratcher. Most people stick the scratcher over their shoulder down from the back of their neck, with the scratching part pointing downward and the handle upward. But I find the best way to use a back scratcher is to stick it up under your shirt from behind your waist with the scratching part pointed upward with the handle pointed downward. You can cover more territory that way, guiding it to the itchy spots with your other hand. :)

I do that to. It helps reach that one spot you just can't reach.
