Is it normal that i run upstairs once i turn the lights off?

Well, if I've stayed up late alone, the second I turn the lights off and am going to go upstars, I RUN FOR MY LIFE. Sometimes I look back, and I'm just sprinting. IIN?

    Yeah it's normal, when I turn off the lights, I feel like something shivers inside my body and then I run too my room lol. It's a crazy feeling lol

      That is a terrifying feeling.

      I had a dream that I had walked into this old, open train station overtaken by ivy growing over everything. Somehow I knew that I shouldn't disturb or awaken a group of skeletons that were sitting shoulder to shoulder on this mossy bench. I went in to scavenge for food and supplies. Next thing I remember in the dream; I was running down some overgrown train tracks that ran adjacent to a corn field. The skeletons were following close behind me; fast-walking me down and hungry for murder.. I knew that they would NEVER stop pursuing me. :oP Then I woke up!

    I do! I get as far up the stairs as I can and stretch to turn the lights off, then dont look back!

    I do this as well. After I turn off the lights, I'll feel like there's something evil lurking in the dark. When I run up the stairs, it's to try to escape this "thing" because I feel like "its" following me. O_o I also do this when I've emerged from the basement.
