You need to ask yourself why you feel like you need to run. It might be something that doesn't make sense like the way you sister looked at you when you made a comment about something. Maybe she did something that made you uncomfortable that triggered the response that you had. Or maybe your sister didn't do anything and the trigger behind you running away is completely internal. You have to identify the cause and maybe the easiest way to do that is by talking to a shrink. I mean I know people feel like that's something to be ashamed of but I think it can be really helpful when you are unable to solve the problem on your own.
