    Wow you people are rude! I was more so looking for someone to give me some advice on how I can move forward and accept this new child into my life! I guess I'm the only one in this world who has had this problem of accepting a step child! You act like I'm beating the kid or verbally abusing him, which I'm not! That is not the kind of person I am! You all are just plain mean. Thanks for all the help
